Alison Rosen: Warning: this one’s not funny

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, Alison. Please be good to yourself over the coming days and weeks, and spend lots of time with friends and family too.

My grandmother died when I was 13 (she lived with us) and since then I've lost both my mother and father. It's never easy, but I know they're all in a better place. And I'm so incredibly thankful for all they did for me when I was growing up.

    Love and Best Wishes!

My condolences to you Alison and your family. I'm sure it's difficult. It was good to see that you're in good spirits. Humor is the spice of life. I pray that you and your family can find comfort as you go through the grieving process. God bless you.

    Alison,

Remember the end to "The Road Not Taken"

    ---

I shall be telling this with a sigh

    Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -- I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

    ---

Celebrate your grandmother's path and always live your own testimonial: "I am a vivacious person with effervescent thoughts and bubbly feelings"...doing this will make her proud!

    I'm sorry for your loss!

98! We are all in a contest to see how long we can hang in here. Your grany made it to 98 so that puts her on the All Star team. Being a part of you she must have been hot stuff with a great sense of humor. Remember her often and learn from good things about her life.

I'm so sorry to read about the loss of your grandmother. But we could all hope to have 98 good years on this planet to be shared with people that love us. She was lucky.

I'm very sorry for your loss, Alison. I lost my grandmother when I was 29. But it never matters what their age or ours are. It's always difficult.
My family uses humor and sarcasm for almost everything. Especially situations like these. It's always made it easier for me. That and remembering the good times.

My thoughts are with you and yours.
